Reports including evidence (photos, videos) are given priority for investigation.
Please understand that if you file a fabricated report you may be charged with filing a false police report.

BE HONEST 

Unsubstantiated calls may mean our officers are unable to follow up on animals really needing our help.

Our humane officers are able to investigate in Armstrong County, where  they have jurisdiction. Click here if the case is outside of our county. 

SUPPORT YOUR CONCERN

If possible be prepared to provide legally obtained photos/ videos and provide a Witness Statement.
