If you are being investigated for animal neglect or abuse, please understand:

 

We assume you are innocent when we begin our investigation. In fact, many times there is no validity to complaints.

We will not disclose who requested the investigation.

​

Often officers are there simply to educate about the PA Humane Laws.

​

We always prefer to work with you to resolve any issues. 

​

If you are not honest or "ghost" an officer, you will likely be charged.

 

IF YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED:

If the situation is not resolved (example: veterinary care) you will be charged repeatedly until requirements are met.
